SMEL Industry Aps is now EN ISO 9001:2008-certified

After following the EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard for 5 years, SMEL Industry ApS has now officially been certified by TÜV Nord.

The requirements of our markets meant that, in order to expand our position, we have implemented a quality management module in the company.

In conjunction with this we have received a certificate on our rotary valves, which are in the process of being type-approved for an ATEX classification ZONE 20 within the units. This process is expected complete at the start of the first quarter of 2014.

With the introduction of this tool, we have gained a stronger market position, both domestically and abroad. This yields the following advantages.

• A seal of approval relative to major foreign customers, doors that are now easier to open to us.
• Recognition and approval in our branch of industry
• We now have 100% traceability on our output
